After our Odyssey to Vietnam we finally made it to Hanoi. Arriving on a Saturday gave us right away the experience of the crazy city. We left the hostel and were right away in the busy streets trying to make our way between thousands of people, cars and scooters towards the bar area. One Day visiting the caves in Phong Nha
One of our favorite destinations in Vietnam was Phong Nha with its famous caves. After we arrived really early with our overnight bus we were not really sure what and how we can see with our limited budget. Cat Ba the best way to see Halong Bay
One of the highlights of a trip to Vietnam is a boat tour to world famous Halong Bay. We were really sceptical because of how popular the limestone islands are and the prices suggested in the lonelyplanet. The most common tour recommended is a 2D1N trip and that one should expect poor quality when booking something for less than 130 USD.
