Wilderness Hike in Southern Lake Tahoe
Leaving Yosemite National Park behind we headed towards our final inland destination in California, Lake Tahoe. Because just chilling by the lake is not our thing we had a look at the trails around and found out the parts of the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is near Lake Tahoe. The PCT is a 2600 miles trail that leads from the Mexican Border all the way to the state of Washington. From Sequoia NP we started our next road trip with destination Yosemite National Park. Our road trip was pretty packed but we decided to stay three nights here. Unfortunately, we booked pretty late and since this is one of the most popular parks we could not get a spot in the best campsites in the park. From the Coast to Sequoia National Park
We met up with our friends James and Louise from Oxford at the LAX Airport and from there we were making our way up the coast and then inland towards the Sequoia National Park.
